Jeanette has over 25 years of utility experience with TECO Energy, working in both the electric and gas businesses. Her past experiences are in a wide variety of areas including customer service, energy conservation, utility taxes, and fuel procurement and transportation for natural gas, propane and solid fuels.
She joined the TECO Partners team as an Energy Manager in 2013 and became certified as a Business Energy Professional (BEP) through the Association of Energy Engineers in 2014. She is devoted to staying current with the marketplace and finding the best energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients. Jeanette is a Tampa native and enjoys spending time participating in outdoors activities with her husband and family.

Gena is the Supervisor of Energy Services for TECO Partners and has more than 11 years of experience. Her responsibilities include managing the unregulated and regulated sides of the utility business for the Energy Consulting National Account customers. Gena joined the TECO Partners team in 2013. She brings experience in national accounts, rebates/incentives for commercial, multifamily and government customers to this role.
She is a certified Business Energy Professional (BEP) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and a 2005 graduate of Michigan State University.
Gena enjoys spending time with her husband and children, running, and other outdoor activities.

Sam brings over 7 years of utility management and energy consulting experience from his previous roles. Before joining TECO Partners in January 2023, he served as an energy, utilities, and sustainability consultant for a major public school system.
Sam earned his undergraduate degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and completed his graduate studies at University of South Florida in Tampa. He is currently pursuing BEP and CEM certifications and is a FEMA-certified disaster management leader.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys cooking, photography, traveling to unique destinations, and outdoor activities.

Kevin became a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP) through the Association of Energy Engineers in 2008. He is committed to bringing cost-effective energy management solutions to hospitality, healthcare, commercial, institutional and industrial clients.
With TECO Energy since 1997, Kevin brings more than 22 years of energy supply management expertise to our team. He has held a variety of management, sales and marketing roles in both the regulated and unregulated sides of the utility business. Prior to joining TECO, he managed several propane distribution outlets for a major propane supply company serving both residential and commercial markets. Kevin enjoys boating, fishing, biking and spending time with his wife and two children.
